Wellburry DX Syrup is a triple-combination cold and cough syrup containing Dextromethorphan 15mg, Chlorpheniramine Maleate 2mg, and Phenylephrine 5mg. It is used to relieve dry cough, nasal stuffiness, sneezing, and runny nose associated with the common cold and upper respiratory tract infections.

How It Works:

Dextromethorphan acts on the cough centre in the brain to suppress cough signals. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages to reduce swelling and congestion. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine receptors to reduce sneezing and runny nose caused by colds or allergies.

Dosage & Administration:

• Give only as prescribed by the doctor; dose varies by age and weight
