Product Description:

T-4T CL Tab is a combination antihypertensive tablet containing Telmisartan 40mg and Chlorthalidone 12.5mg. It is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults. The two medicines work together to reduce blood pressure through complementary actions, offering better control than monotherapy.

How It Works:

Dosage & Administration:

• Take in the morning to avoid frequent urination at night due to the diuretic component

Precautions:
