P-4T DSR Cap is presented in a high quality dual release Gastro Cap that combines Pantoprazole(gastro resistant) and Domperidone(prolonged release) to effectively manage GERD, dyspepsia and other acid related gastric disorders. Pantoprazole provides prolonged acid suppression through the irreversible inhibition of the proton pump while the use of Domperidone in its extend release form will provide a continuous improvement in gastric motility for the entire day.
