Using GARDIZOLE LA will give you an antacid (Magaldrate) along with Simethicone to help with gas & bloating and finally Oxetacaine to provide immediate pain relief. The antacid component (Magaldrate) serves as a buffer, neutralising excess acidity in the stomach and producing a buffering effect, while the (Simethicone) aids in the reduction of gases and bloating through reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles, and finally (Oxetacaine) will act as a fast-acting local anaesthetic to relieve pain and/or burning sensation from the stomach.
