• Non-prescription orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Prescription medicines are shipped within 1–2 business days after successful prescription verification.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the following working day.

4. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and order value. Promotional free shipping offers may be available from time to time and will be displayed clearly on the website.

5. Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: approximately 2–4 business days.
• Other cities and towns: approximately 4–7 business days.
• Remote or difficult-to-reach locations: approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

After dispatch, tracking information will be shared via SMS, email, or both, allowing you to monitor your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

7. Prescription Verification Delays

If an uploaded prescription is unclear, incomplete, or does not match the medicines ordered, our licensed pharmacist may contact you for clarification before dispatch. This may extend processing times or result in cancellation if a valid prescription is not received within a reasonable period.

8. Packaging

All orders are packed in secure, tamper-evident, and discreet packaging to protect product integrity and customer privacy. Temperature-sensitive items are shipped using suitable protective measures whenever required.

9. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the parcel temporarily at a local facility. Returned shipments may require additional shipping charges for resending or may be refunded after deducting shipping expenses already incurred.
