Cefixime is a third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used in the treatment of common bacterial infections of the urinary tract, respiratory system and ear. Lactic Acid Bacillus helps rebalance healthy gut flora which can be disrupted when antibiotics are taken, minimizing side effects such as diarrhea. Its dispersible tablet formulation makes it easy for patients to take, regardless of age.
