This is A multi-nutrient supplement that contains calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 for bone support, along with mecobalamin (active vitamin B12), l-methylfolate calcium and 5-pyridoxal phosphate (active vitamin B6) to help support nerve function and reduce cardiovascular risks due to elevated levels of homocysteine. Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 work together to help build bones and make them stronger, while Mecobalamin (active Vitamin B12) supports both a healthy myelin sheath around nerves as well as good overall nerve function.
