How It Works:

Micronized progesterone is taken orally, imitating the natural role that progesterone plays in the body since it also attaches to the same receptors as natural progesterone does (in the uterus, brain, and breast tissue). Its primary function is to help maintain the secretory or luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, thereby supporting an early pregnancy. Micronized progesterone has also been shown to have a calming effect by converting into neurosteroids.

Dosage and Administration:
