Product Description:

Dulof OZ combines Ofloxacin 200mg with Ornidazole 500mg, used for mixed bacterial and certain protozoal infections, especially of the gastrointestinal tract.

How It Works:

Ofloxacin interferes with the enzymes bacteria use to copy their DNA, while Ornidazole damages the internal structures of protozoa and anaerobic bacteria, together covering a wider range of infections.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take as prescribed by doctor
• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, generally at the same time each day
• Take after food to reduce stomach upset

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor of any known allergy to antibiotics before starting this medicine
• Do not stop the course early even if you feel better, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have kidney or liver disease
• Avoid alcohol during treatment and for a short period after finishing the course
• Avoid excess sun exposure as fluoroquinolones can increase skin sensitivity
