Product Description:

RABWELL DSR is a dual-acting pharmaceutical product comprised of two components (Rabeprazole? - a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) and Domperidone? - a prokinetic) which offer a comprehensive approach to treating gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as well as functional dyspepsia. Rabeprazole? primarily works to reduce the production of gastric acid while Domperidone? serves to hasten the rate of gastric emptying, increase the tone of the esophageal sphincter, and reduce symptoms of bloating, nausea and regurgitation.
