Product Description:

SPILREX Injection contains Tranexamic Acid, an antifibrinolytic agent that helps control excessive or uncontrolled bleeding. It is used in surgeries, trauma care, postpartum haemorrhage, heavy menstrual bleeding, and dental procedures. It is given by IV injection in clinical settings by a qualified medical professional.

How It Works:
