Product Description:

T-Well is a topical antibiotic ointment containing Mupirocin IP as its active ingredient. It is used to treat bacterial skin infections such as impetigo, small infected cuts, and sores on the skin surface. This ointment works directly on the skin to kill or stop the growth of bacteria causing the infection.

How It Works:

Mupirocin works by blocking a specific enzyme called isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase, which bacteria need to make proteins. Without this enzyme, bacteria cannot grow or reproduce. This action selectively kills the bacteria on the skin without affecting the surrounding healthy tissue.

Dosage & Administration:

• Apply only as prescribed by your doctor; do not use more than the recommended amount
• Complete the full course of treatment even if the skin looks better before it ends
• Apply a small amount to the affected area and cover with a dressing if advised by your doctor

Precautions:

• Do not use if you have a known allergy to Mupirocin or any ingredient in this ointment
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or nose; rinse thoroughly with water if accidental contact occurs
• Do not apply to large areas of broken or damaged skin without medical advice
