Product Description:

Qod-500 contains Cefuroxime Axetil 500mg, a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used for respiratory, ENT and urinary infections.

How It Works:

Cefuroxime weakens the bacterial cell wall, causing the bacteria to break apart and die, in the same way as other cephalosporin antibiotics.

Dosage & Administration:

• Take as prescribed by doctor
• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early
• Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, generally at the same time each day
• Take after food for better absorption

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor of any known allergy to antibiotics before starting this medicine
• Do not stop the course early even if you feel better, as this can lead to antibiotic resistance
• Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have kidney or liver disease
