Product Description:

Mefgil D Tablet is a combination of Drotaverine, an antispasmodic, and Mefenamic Acid, an NSAID analgesic. It is prescribed for pain arising from smooth muscle spasms in organs like the uterus, intestines, and urinary tract. Common uses include menstrual cramps, abdominal pain, renal colic, and biliary colic.

How It Works:

Mefenamic Acid inhibits both COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes and also reduces prostaglandin receptor binding, making it particularly effective for menstrual pain where prostaglandins play a key role.

Dosage & Administration:
