How It Works:

Haemoglobin consists primarily of iron and is used by red blood cells to transport oxygen through the circulation. In addition to iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 are required for the proper maturation of red blood cells. Zinc is required for the activity of many different enzymes in the body and is also important for proper immune function; therefore, it aids in preventing anaemia and other nutritional deficiencies.
