Title: **I-10 TAB (ILAPRAZOLE)** **General Composition** I-10 Tab is a formulation that contains the medication Ilaprazole (I_LP), which is a new drug design that provides rapid and long term acid suppression, for both, the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Disease and for GERD/IBS. **Description** I-10 Tab is the new generation proton pump inhibitor (PPI) Ilaprazole (I_LP) which has an excellent safety record due to its very high potency and selective inhibition of the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme located within gastric parietal cells in the stomach. Due to these properties: Ilaprazole (I_LP), has been shown to be more effective than older style PPIs, and produces significantly better acid suppression compared to older style PPIs (within the same class) with significantly faster onset of action and consistent efficacy regardless of food intake or CYP2C19 genetic/phenotypical differences.

Safety Precautions:

Long-term use may decrease magnesium levels in body, and can increase risk of bone fracture. Should not be used in people who have severe liver damage.
